Advertisement is an integral part of modern life. Advertisements exist in our life. Advertisements help consumers save search costs and access to goods and services, and require for the process of playing an irreplaceable role. However, the administration of the advertising regulation system is not perfect; it is difficult to solve these problems that occur in the advertising market. The legal systems relate to the backwardness of the executive organs to exercise executive power on the advertising industry to govern the various problems have had a very negative impact on the construction of the socialist rule of law. According to KANGSHIFU mineral water, the paper's point is identification and treatment of false propaganda, I try to analyze the characteristics of misleading and false advertising forms, and comparative analysis the concept of false and misleading advertising. Then the paper recognize standards on governance in China's administrative law system of false advertising, and make some suggestions, especially the reform of administrative management to provide an innovative specific recommendations.
