On The Taxpayer's Right To Know

Called for the protection of rights is the strongest voice of our time, A highlight of today's era is the right time. But at this stage, the protection of the rights of taxpayers in China is still a very weak link in the protection of the taxpayer's right to know the discussion is still in an exploratory stage. In this paper, three aspects were discussed on the taxpayer's right to know, the first part introduces the basic theory of the taxpayer's right to know, respectively, from the taxpayer's right to know the concept, nature, rationale and content and other aspects discussed, the second Section describes the major western developed countries, the protection of the taxpayer's right to know, PartⅢof the law through the provisions on the analysis of the taxpayer's right to know that China's existing laws and regulations on the protection of the taxpayer's right to know the defects, and then Build and improve on the security system of the taxpayer made recommendations in four areas, designed to establish and improve the security system of the taxpayer to provide theoretical support and operation of a viable means to promote China's tax law for its construction.
