Marxist Conception Of Justice And Harmony In Social Construction,

Social justice and social harmony are the fundamental problems for development and progress of human society. The relationship between social justice and social harmony actually is the relationship between operation mode and organizational order of human society, and between human survival and development. Based on this idea, this paper's theoretical topics and basic ideas are based on the Marxism theory of justice and justice hiatus phenomenon as breakthrough point in the social development. The author tries to look for the specific way to promoting social harmony and realizing the social justice.The first chapter based on Marxist classics. First of all, it explored the theory origin of justice in Marxism and inspected the influence on its formation and development, which was imposed influence by modern natural law philosophy of justice and Germany's classical law philosophy of justice. Secondly, classic Marxist writers established justice principles on the theory of historical materialism, rejecting the eternal abstract justice. Therefore, the bourgeoisie's abstract justice became the primary objects they criticized. At last, from methodology characteristics and value orientation, it explored the main characteristics of Marxism justice.The second chapter mainly expounded the relationship between social justice and harmonious society. First, it discussed the justice demands of socialism in harmonious society. Social justice is the nature of the harmonious society's requirement and value, which is also fundamental to construct a socialist harmonious society. It is a core value concept of socialism in harmonious society. Maintaining and promoting social justice is the main way to constructing a socialist harmonious society. Secondly, it examined the current manifestation in lack of justice. Social justice pertains to the construction of the harmonious society. However, currently our country in many fields also exists imperfect justice. Finally, the author concretely analyzed reasons on lack of justice in China. In our country, the lack of justice has both historical reasons and practical reasons. But the imperfect system of social transition is the main cause. Unreasonable interest distribution structure is the direct reason and concept dislocation.The third chapter probed into the specific way to promoting harmonious society and realizing social justice. First, establishing justice ideas must be as the breakthrough point in the construction of a harmonious society. In the current diversified value era, the Marxism justice concept must be throughout the whole process of constructing the harmonious society, and social justice issues should be viewed comprehensively. Secondly, the improvement of people's life should promote the building of a harmonious society. In the process of constructing a harmonious socialist's society, productivity must be developed, providing the solid material base for improving the livelihood of the people. And at the same time, people's greatest and most direct concern should be solved. Finally, perfecting system construction is the starting point of promoting the development of social harmony. Justice system is the guarantee of harmonious society. Whether a society can achieve social harmony depends largely on the design of scientific system. Therefore, constructing institutional justice principles in a socialist harmonious society and pushing forward the country's institutional reform and innovation are of great importance for promoting harmonious social construction.
