Religious Association Legal Issues

The religion has been greatly influencing on the development of a country and national progress all the time, especially religious association is a even more sensitive and important question throughout building a harmonious society. Whether the question of religious association can be dealt with or not has great signification on whether building a both tolerant and harmonious society. Weather the Party and the government would like to change the old management mould and make a deeper reform on the system of association management or not waits on the question to be well treated or not, except that the association itself must do its work based on itself features to meet the demands of religious people. The freedom of association is only the prerequisite of protecting the freedom to believe in religion fully. Only in this way the religious community could be built legally and develop further in the independent in china, and make a significant contribution to making steady progress with the development of China. The full text consists of five parts:the first part is the summary of religious association. First the concept of religious association will be introduced based the concept of association, and then the features of religious association will be analyzed in steps; the second part the relations between the freedom of association and religious beliefs will be defined. The part will be done mainly in adopting induction, and the different rules of several country's constitution on the freedom of association and religious beliefs, which the relations of the freedom of association and religious beliefs is defined. The third part is the key of the text. The actual condition of legislation on the religious association in the constitution, executive legislation and other relative laws in China will be analyzed, and the accent of the part will explore shortcomings in legislation. The forth part the advanced legislation on the above problems of overseas laws which have significance for us will be introduced, including France, the United States, Japan and Holland. The fifth part the suggestion on how to perfect relevant laws in China will be made. As noted above, the part will put forward corresponding revision suggestions to the problems in china that have been going on by borrowing overseas advanced legislation.
