Re-positioning Of The Copyright The Right Quality

Since the Copyright Mortgage System has been established, there are so many problems which because of copyright's different self-characteristics. But in recent years, copyright, as the object of pledged, has been wildly used for secured finance. So we need to established effective copyright mortgage legal system which should be as detailed as possible. And we also need to hackle the history of the related laws and to find ways to solve problems in the practice. I analysis the concept and characteristics of the Copyright Pledge in this article. I find out the three stages of laws on copyright pledge and the different situations of the application of each law. In the end of the article, I discuss the series of the problems that exist in the actual operation of the copyright pledge, which includes the pledge of the Neighboring Right,the pledge of one copyright for more than one time,assess the value of copyrights and so on.I give a lot of analysis of the laws, and I also research some cases about the Copyright Pledge in this article. The experience from the cases and the use of the laws will help us to establish a better Copyright Mortgage System and create the ideal legal environment of Copyright Pledge.
