Patent Invalidation Requests In The Network Evidentiary Issues

The network evidence is a new type of evidence in the patent invalidation and the other judicial practices. The research of this type of evidence is lacking. This paper is related to the network evidence. The author has not only analyzed the formation of the network evidence, but also given some suggestion to how to determine the public time and the authenticity of the evidence.
