Thinking About Human Rights Issues Of Our Prison Staff

Protecting inmates'human rights is not only a necessity in prison work legalization, but also an objective demand of ruling country according to law, promoting socialism legal ideas and replying international human rights combat. Currently, our country does a lot of things in guaranteeing inmates' human rights However, we should meanwhile admit that there are still lots of inevitable problems in this process and some of them are even very serious. Therefore, it will be very meaningful to carefully make strategy which would be very helpful for not only promoting degree of protecting inmates' human rights but also benefiting politics and prison construction practice.Human rights are basic rights of citizens under modern legal system. Human rights of the inmate is a special kind of contents of citizens'rights, which is another special expression formed in special condition. Protecting inmates'human rights is not only in correspondence with the current trend of execution in the current world , and helpful to decrease the negative impact of criminal penalty, but also has good impact on promoting the self‐awareness of prison police to strictly execute law. Meanwhile, it will be helpful to set up a good extra image of our prison.In our existing legal system, there have been some provisions on protection of human rights of inmates , but with social development, people's awareness of protection of human rights, protection of human rights of prisoners have also been paid more attention . In this paper, the author analyzes the scope of protection of human rights of prisoners , the factors restricting the scope of protection of human rights of prisners, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures. The author suggests that a more comprehensive system of protection of human rights of inmates needs to look at reforms in five areas, namely sound prison legal system, improving supervision of the prison system, reform of the prison management system, strengthening education aware of human rights to the prison police, implementing the rights of offenders involved in the prison system one by one, establishing the Executive Committee of international human rights and the penalty in order to achieve the aim of perfecting the system of protection of huanm rights of inmates.
