A Study On The Pre - Trial Meeting System

Pretrial conference as a "Code of Criminal Procedure," added a new system to improve trial efficiency and the promotion of justice is of great significance. However, as a new system, or a pre-trial conference system there are still many deficiencies and defects in practical operation of justice in terms of legislation, which requires further improvement. Therefore, it should be from the pre-trial conference and related Concepts, analyzes the set value, the background and significance of the pre-trial conference. Through a comparative study with the extraterritorial Pretrial conference system, reveals the status quo of China’s legislative system and running pre-trial conference in the problems. And to propose appropriate measures to improve and build a rational system of pre-trial conference system. Meanwhile, the meeting system and the evidence supporting the pre-trial disclosure regime and illegal exclusionary system to be perfect, so that it can cooperate with each other, so that the effect of pre-trial conference to maximize system.
