Not As A Deliberate Homicide Case Study

Intentional killing cime in the criminal law in the judicial practice, in most cases, the way is active, but there are also appear in the form of passive inaction. Only clearly determined to meet with the actual case accurate qualitative, and the appropriate sentencing. For murder as not explicitly stipulated in the present criminal law in our country, the theoretical circle in order to solve this problem also has a lot of controversy. In this paper the case from the work practice, the author try to analysis by the leading behavior through case caused by as intentional homicide and sentencing.
