On The Construction Of Honest And Clean Government Culture In Chinese Universities

Construct the culture of incorruptible,as an important part of honesty building of CPC in new era,has been concerned by all circles of society, especially in universities. There are two main reasons about this: first, the institutions of higher learning are not only the important bases to foster the erectors and successors of our country, but also the powerhouses to lead and spread the advanced culture of our society. Strongly constructing the culture of incorruptible in university is the necessary requirement for society to set up prevention, guidance, supervision and management system of corruption, and the important guarantee for our institution of higher learning to cultivate high-quality comprehensive talents. Second, as the deepening of China’s reform of higher education in recent years, with the significant achievement, at the same time, our colleges and universities are facing more and more new problems. The corrupt acts have been occurring, which have bad influence on teachers and colleges and corrupt the society value. Strengthening of China’s reform of higher education is the urgent method to restrain corruption, clean the campus value, and create a clean atmosphere for educating. For these two reasons, the author suggests that constructing the culture of incorruptible in university not only meet the needs of social development, but also to meet the development trend of universities.In the first part of this paper, the prevue about culture of incorruptible is stated. Then basing the work object, the content of university incorruptible culture is classified. At last, combining with China’s actual situations, it analysis the necessity of construction of university incorruptible culture. In the second part of this paper, it reviews the present situation of construction of university incorruptible culture, summarizes achievement and the problems and analyzes why these problems are happened. In the last part of this paper, it gives the ways of construction of university clean and honest culture in four aspects as principles, foundations, institutions and platforms.
