Since modern times in Russia’s history, each regime survival period with cooperation and struggle between the forces of political power and religious. As the power of a distinctively, Orthodox Christianity since Ross baptized on Russia’s policies and regulations of the rule of successive power has a lot of influence. Caused by social changes in this paper, taking the change of legal system as the breakthrough point, based on historical facts and the relevant laws, regulations and policies, to explore in the period of regime change, rulers is how to balance the relationship between political and religious interests to make a beneficial to the political stability and social development, used to religion, cooperation, or to suppress and related policy laws and regulations.Article mainly by the Russian law of change of mutual influence of the rule of law and religion as key-point, the Russian history since modern times is divided into three phases: the first stage for the period of Peter I reform of religion, the second phase was established for the Soviet union on the eve of early suppression of eastern orthodox church, and the Soviet regime after the third stage is the Russian federation was founded with the orthodox restrictive cooperation. In the three stages of the interaction between the rule of law and religion, and to explore the change of legal system in the history of Russian law to religion in the deep reason of restriction and protection.
