Continuing Contract Study

The main core of the traditional contract law theory in our country is the discrete contract and the traditional theory takes evasive attitude about the continuous contract.The main reason is that people can not realize the continuous contract characteristics, such as time and payment. The discrete contract theory can not solve all problems effectively. In the modern society, the time of trade relationships is increasing in some field. The cooperation of the contract parties becomes closer. The continuous contract has become a significant way to trade. The phenomenon is the different case of the same verdict, because of lacking of making a distinction between continuous contract and relational contract. This thesis introduces the general contract content, and analyses the concept, the characteristics and types of the continuous contract to cognitive the continuous contract preliminarily. Parse intrinsic essence of the continuous contract from the relational contract theory, and then discusses the particularity of the continuous contract regulation. Enrich the theory of contract law, provide reasonable theory basis for judgment.
