On The Antitrust Review Of Business Concentration

The advanced legislative and enforcement of EU and USA is an inspiration to China. To set up a unified Anti-Monopoly Law Enforcement Authority and add the supporting regulations is necessary. Last but not least, the author concludes the principle in the practice of censorship. At the same time, the paper also puts forward some perfect concrete proposals to the market definition, the transparency and procedure of enforcement and the relative rules.
