On The Legal Regulation Of Counterfeiting Of Bill

This paper conducts carding on the basic content of bill forgeries, as well as respectively summarizes relative contents of Anglo-American negotiable instrument law and Geneva negotiable instrument law for the purpose of analyzing principal problems that formulated in our country’s bill-forgery law and contributing to perfect the law. Therefore, first of all, this paper conducts essential definition on the concept and important components of bill-forgery. Analyze the legal consequences of bill-forgery within the provisions of the above-mentioned laws. Secondly, analyze risks & responsibilities of bill-forgery under the different situations of ticket forgery and endorsement forgery. Introduce some historical evolutions of related theories, as well as principles of undertaking loss and exceptional regulations. Thirdly, conduct carding on relevant legal regulations in our country. Two cases are cited, so as to analyze some major problems in the practice. And some superficial suggestions are put forward for perfecting our country’s legal regulations.
