As a master of major in administrative law, I was honored to get a chance to join the key issue of social practice of Capital University of Economics and Business. By recommendation of Beijing Municipal People’s Government Affairs Office, I have used my summer vacation to do internships in Beijing Shijingshan District government office of Legislative Affairs.This essay is to research the development of administrative reconsideration’s system innovation.
