Inheritance And Adaptation Of Foreign Law In The Draft Of Qing Dynasty

"Great Qing Civil Law Draft" is the first in the history of the Civil Code of China, it indirectly transplanted civil law countries, "Japanese Civil Code," the main passage of the "prevailing principles of civil law countries," in order to establish our led civil law system. The draft law as a foreign successor and alternative case, through the analysis of the success and shortcomings of the draft, we believe that in dealing with foreign relations law and local law, should be oriented to the civil law, in line with national conditions, social conditions and legislation, sufficient to local law, and actively absorb advanced foreign law to adapt to the trend of globalization.
