But because of illegal evidence exclusion related mechanism and the imperfect system, Ranges are not clearly defined, as illegal evidence exclusion program operation, the illegal distribution of burden of evidence is not perfect,work to bring challenges to the prosecution.System design proposals for further improvement of the exclusionary rule firmly curb illegal evidence,ensure the qualityof publice prosecution cases.
