A Study On The Difficult Problems Of Misappropriating Public Funds

The crime of misappropriating public funds is of common occurrence in China duty crime, which with great social harm, destroyed the social and economic order, impaired the the prestige of state and government.Nevertheless, this aaccusation has always been controvercial since it set in the legal academy, and through once revision of the criminal law and several introduction of relevant judicial and legislative interpretation,the controversy has been increased in the criminal theory and judicial practice. Therefore,the study on the embezzlement of public funds is of a higher importance.This paper analysed and studied on the controversal issues about the crime of misappropriating public funds for a more in-depth, which divided into four chapters. The first part studied on the essential characteristic of the embezzlement of public funds and the pose of of the embezzlement of public funds; the second part maked analyses of several matters on "misappropriation" behavior; the third part discussed the target of the embezzlement of public funds; the fourth part is studied the rest problems about the embezzlement of public funds.
