With the financial crisis swept almost the world at the beginning of the twenty-first century, which on one hand, causing serious recession of the world economy, on the other hand giving birth to new industrial revolution, world economic balance changed significantly. It is very clear that there are two key industrial value nodes. The first one is the prenatal development, which means owners of intellectual property rights and occupying high technical ground; the second one is postpartum marketing, which means starting famous brand to get good returns from the market. As the current global economy gradually pick up and countries are scrambling to develop emerging industries, it is showed strategic importance of intellectual property rights, especially the protection of intellectual property rights in emerging areas with collective management of copyright as an example. Thus, this thesis will focus on the collective management of copyright, current situation of collective copyright management in China and improving the mechanism of foreign collective management copyright.This thesis is about the IPR study of collective copyright management in the emerging field, ranging in target and in-depth, in order to build paper content in a new classification. The thesis highlights the following two features, "new" and "real". The so-called "new" means new research scope, new strength and new content. The so-called "real", reflects the reality of this paper: to enrich the content of the law and provide guidance for legal practice with a solid theoretical foundation. The combination of "new" and "real" reflects that the style and pragmatic philosophy of the thesis are innovative and practical.
