| In the information age, modern network technology and computer communication equipment is widely applied in the daily work of local government, which brings new opportunities and challenges to the construction of local governance capability. How to strengthen the construction of local governance capacity so that it can actively respond to the needs of the information age, then formulate appropriate development strategies and choose the right governance model, that has become the most important issue in front of local government.Based on the background of information age, we further research on the construction of local governance capability, which includes the meaning and main content. Around with operation policy capability, public service capability, administration by law capability and informatization capability, explore the construction of local governance capability in the information age. We analyses the achievements of the four capabilities construction, and find out the difficulties and reasons of the problems in capability construction. Finally seek out the countermeasures in order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance in the information age. |
