Party and government leading cadres occupy an important position in each career of Party and country, and they always play a key role. Weather a political party or a country can continue to train outstanding party and government leaders or not will directly determine the party and the country’s rise and fall, our socialist cause could be developed or not, our country will be strong in the fierce international competition the future.The provincial leaders are the connection of the central and the local governments. So how to optimize the structure of the provincial leading group and maximize the effectiveness of it will be essential for the success of China’s administrative system reform. This paper analyzed and compared the status quo of resume based on the government’s official website by using the statistical software.We try to find the defects and shortcomings of the structure of the provincial leading groups. This paper strives to build a set of optimized and reasonable countermeasures system for the structure of the provincial leading group, hoping to provide some reference for the relevant government departments.
