An Empirical Analysis Of The Use Of Pension Table Service In Beijing

In order to solve the eating problem of the old people,build urban and rural integration of social endowment assistive service system of Beijing,and perfect the “9064”pension service model,so as to promote the elderly to share economic and social development achievements,Beijing government has implemented the service of building meal service for the aged.Meal service is one kind of community home-based care service that government guides social forces to participate in.With government subsidies,it maks full use of community resources,such as community public welfare house or spare room of community residents.From 2010 till now, meal service has been constructing for almost four yeas:the scale expands unceasingly,operation mode become more diversifiled,service contents become more comprehensive,government policy gets more perfectly.With going through a process from none to one, one to more, the meal service has become an important pillar of home-based service system of the old.However,at present the study for meal service is lack of academic research.In theory feild,the news reports about meal service is so much while the academic research is so less that makes people and government lack of theoretical thinking and in-depth research;in reality,government pays more attention to advancement situation while ignores the detail study,which makes many difficulties cannot be solved. Therefore,based on study of otherscholars,this paper will arrange the policy and collect the whole datas that the government announced.From the perspective of the elderly, this article analyzes the condition that how the old use the meal service,what factors affect their use of this service.Combining with survey data and other scholars’ researches,this article digs deeper into finding the problem of meal service and conducting some beneficial suggestions,thus improving the service quality and provideng theoretical guidances and refining ideas.
