A Study On The Problem Of Bribery Crime

As a malignant tumor of social corruption, briberies mean "the trading between rights and money".It is bad for the integrity of the national office staff. With the increasing judicial crackdown, a large number of subtle, complex and diverse bribes emerged. Due to China’s criminal law and judicial interpretation of the issues related to the crime of bribery can not provide a unified, complete standard, resulting in criminal theories controversy also led to different practices identified in judicial practice and caused confusion. According to this paper, the author selected recent theoretical and judicial practice in several controversial issues. From questions to analyze the problem and then solve the problem, the author did a more detailed interpretation.
