Study On Tort Liability Of Road Traffic Accident

Since the reform and opening up, vehicle and driver number is increasing in our country. However, when motor vehicle bring convenience to people’s production and life, the number of road traffic accidents also increased, road traffic accidents has become a serious social problem. After road traffic accidents, tort liability issue is the focus of attention, how to divide responsibility and better protect the interests of traffic accident victims, is the purpose to study tort liability in road traffic accident. Based on the analysis on advanced legislative experience in road traffic accident of foreign country, the author mainly discusses the concept of road traffic accidents、the imputation principle、the composition analysis and tort liability subject, finally proposes the author’s suggestions in order to improve our country’s tort liability in road traffic accident.
