Legal practice is an enviable professional. But the lawyer in the law process of practice faces many difficulties and risks. Inner conflict between conscience and professional ethic is one of the important questions which has long puzzled lawyers. Laws and regulations in our country emphasis on professional skills and the lawyer’s professional ethics from macroscopic aspect,which Results in the decrease of lawyer moral quality status。In recent years the trend of the present,such as the lack of moral education,the growing legal instrumentalism idea and commercial and utilitarian tendency, judicial corruption caused by bribery and other issues, which reflect the importance to strengthen the construction of the law ethics.This article through the study of some cases happened in real life and in combination with theoretical knowledge, and combined with draw lessons from foreign comparative analysis in some cases, Then reflect on our legal professional ethics construction. The author try to perfect the law in our country university occupational ethics education and improve the threshold of a lawyer’s practice, build lawyers common career ideal, enhance law social sense of responsibility, play to the role of the legal profession self-discipline organization, perfecting standards lawyers professional ethics put forward related suggestion to the related laws and regulations."Right road, For people, Sever society ", for the lawyer, this sentence reflects is a kind of professional ethics requirements, is a professional responsibility to bear more practice time request of the concept of the rule of law.Except the jurisdiction, Lawyers is another important safeguard for social fairness and justice. Studying the legal profession in the ethical issues, is conducive to the healthy development of lawyers, building the rule of law and regulate operation of the entire society.
