On The Legal Conflict And Solution Of Pledge In China

In the present, there are a lot of conflicts about bill pledge in Contract law, Guarantee law, Negotiable instrument law. On this issue, the author puts forward my own views.The paper is divided into four parts. In the first part, manly introduces the bill pledge rules in laws of china and the conflicts between them. In the second part, contains the confusion of academic circle on this issue. In the third part, the author from many aspects analyzes the reason of the conflicts and provides the guideline for the next part. In the fourth part, the author provides the ways to solve the conflicts between laws about bill pledge in my own view.
