The harmonious society needs the full de velopment of hum an, the developm ent of human is inseparable from shaping healthy personality. The period known as adolescence, as a important period for Personality for mation and developm ent, has very important significance for the growth of young people in future. According to the national handicapped person sampling survey data show in 2006, China’s disabled population is about 86.66 million, accounting for 6.34% of the total population, adolescents with disabilities population from the age of 12 to 18 is about 4 m illion among the number, equivalent to the total popu lation of a big city. Therefore, the research of adolescents with disabilitie s questions from the age of 12 to 18 need to attract enough attention. Adolescents with disabilities, the sam e as ordinary youngsters, are the future of the motherland, th eir healthy personality concern the overall quality of our country in future. In modern society, affected by family, school and society, the adolescents with disabilities suffer a lot, com pared with ordinary youths. Their problem is more complex. Therefore, the problem of personality defects is relatively conspicuous. The Adolescents with disab ilities Personality problem is an objective existence and requiring in-depth exploration areas. Study it, so as to en able adolescents with disabilities to become sane. whom meet the challenges ahead with a positive attitude. Therefore, we must envisage the personality problem of adol escents with disabilities, cari ng their personality needs, to promote their development healthy.This article elucidates the concep t and th e standard of the personality and healthy personality, analyses the performance and its causes of the current personality defects existing in adolescents with disabilities from the age of 12 to 18 im portantly. At last, it proposes the concrete approach of developing the age of 12 to 18 ado lescents with disabilitie s’ healthy personality from focusing on the fundam ental role of family education, strengthening school education, playing a leading role in society, enhancing the self-education of adolescents with disabilities from the age of 12 to 18, etc, so as to help Adolescents with disabilities to improve their overall quality, establish a correct outlook of life 、values and world view for the formation of healthy personality. They can adapt the social development, integrate into social life preferably.
