The Present Situation And Perfection Of Judicial Review Of Administrative Normative Documents

It is the first time to modify the administrative procedure law since its’implementation 25 years ago in China in 2014. One of the most remarkable content of the modification is the judicial review of administrative normative documents. First of all, this solve the problem that if the judicial power can supervise the administrative power. It is also the first step towards the judicial review of the administrative normative documents. When we are celebrating the judicial review of the administrative normative documents, we need to plan how it works for the second step. To carry out the judicial review of administrative normative documents, we must creat a set of complete system.At present, the study of the judicial review of administrative normative documents basically is about the concrete operating problems, such as, the subject, the scope, the standard and the results.
