Lenin inner-party democracy is the product of history, from the perspective of historical evolution, Lenin thought of inner-party democracy mainly includes the following phases: centralism, democratic centralism, extreme centralism, workers democracy; Ideological content mainly includes: the party’s congress system, the inner-party elections and recall system, democratic supervision system, the system of collective leadership, inner-party democracy and cultural construction and so on Inner-party democracy has its major functional role, inner-party democracy thought in this essay, combined with its practical significance, and sums up four o ’clock on the function of the inner-party democracy, embodied in the following aspects: one is beneficial to promote the party’s solidarity and unity; The second is to activate the life of the party; 3 it is conducive to scientific decision-making of the party and Four is conducive to promote people’s democracy. The study of Lenin’s inner-party democracy thought has very realistic significance..The main aims of the paper are as following.First,analyse the essenceof Lenin’s inner-party democracy,institution building and organization principle of the party.Second,explore the reasons of different policies made by Lenin in different periods which have realistic meaning to development of our party,only ahen we know the complete picture of Lenin’s inner-party theory can we strengthen our democracy building and make innovation.The most important thing we shoule do is to focus on the institution building and enhance the creation of grass-rooted party organizations.Then activitely and steadily put forward the construction of democracy within the party.
