A Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Labor Dispatching Management In China

Dispatch, as a temporary and ancillary employment methods, originated in Western countries. Since 2008, the "Labor Contract Law", the development of labor dispatch into the fast lane, and there is the potential to replace the traditional labor relations. At the same time, China’s dispatch system also experiencing from policies to encourage the process of transition to standard management. The rapid development of labor dispatch promote economic development, but also laid the economic, social and political problems, the standard management of labor dispatching desperately needed.For dispatching problems in the development process, how will the future of the current problems dispatch to regulate the management? Firstly, the development will be dispatched from the theoretical interpretation, followed by the dispatch to analyze the reasons for and practical role in the rapid development of our country, while referring to the countries concerned dispatching management experience, and proposed to optimize dispatch management in accordance with China’s actual conditions countermeasures. First, the main measures to improve the employment system dispatch.
