On The Right Subject Of Folk Literature And Art Of Minority Nationalities

Minority folklore is one of the greatest treasures in the human culture,It represents the cultural identity of ethnic group and country.China owns a long history and renowned by it’s diverse culture relics,most of them belong to the ethnic groups,while due to the lack of legal consciousness of the owners and deficiencies of jurisprudence.Protections on folklore have a long way to go.The paper is aimed to construct a proper subject system by referring to related views and stipulations. Main body of the paper consist of four parts,charpter 1 discuss related views on minority folklore and significance of subject classification via a case named Wusuli. Charpter 2 introduce domestic stipulations and foreign provisions. Charpter 3 classify present folklore and try to set a general principle on minority folklore subject classification. Charpter 4 tries to contruct a proper minority folklore subject system from three parts.
