An Empirical Study On The Mechanism Of Micro - Loan Dispute Settlement

In recent years, with the further deepening of economic system reform, industrial upgrading, social change and evolution of the social structure, the impact between the community and the individual consciousness has increased a lot. Meanwhile, the transformation of social interests subject and the demand of independent personality show are becoming evident. With this process, there is formed different kinds of social contradictions. In order to face the trend of complicated and different of disputes, diversified dispute solution mechanism has formed in our country step by step. According to the actual situation of the dispute cases, the choosing of suitable or several kinds of dispute resolutions has become the widely used and mean choice. In this paper, the research object is the small loan disputes, with the help of positive study of the law, there will select appropriate samples of disputes, on the basis of different solution way, analyzes the characteristics, reasons and applicable method of this disputes. There are a variety of flexible ways in dealing with small loan disputes, which could be a good supplement to the justice way, that can help carding and resolve the conflict. The contain of the mechanism of diversified dispute resolution is abundant; this paper is proposed to conclude the methods, in order to better solve the concentrated outbreak of the small loan disputes.
