Analysis Of Electronic Data Forensics In Cloud Technology Environment

Cloud computing technology is the most historic event of the direction of technical development in the recently years. With the explosive growing of Internet company and software vender developed based on cloud computing technology, cloud computing technology has entered the large-scale practical application stage. Cloud computing technology bring the changes which are not only important on the IT industry, but also challenge the electronic data evidence method and pattern.This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter introduces the concept and the characteristics of the traditional electronic data evidence and the electronic data evidence based on cloud computing technology. Particularly analyses the challenge of electronic data evidence based on cloud computing technology. The second chapter introduces the electronic data evidence based on cloud computing technology and analysis the electronic data evidence pattern, based on cloud computing technology. Under the influence of cloud computing technology, the third chapter put forward some improvement suggestions in three aspects. The four chapter introduces the other way to improve the new pattern of electronic data evidence.In the judicial practice, because of its particularity different from other kind of evidence, electronic data evidence encounter difficult to collect, identify complex and low reliability. The arrival of the era of cloud computing technology increased the difficulty of electronic data evidence collection. This paper tries to combine the principle and method of collection evidence, make scientific and reasonable analysis to the electronic data evidence.
