Mental patients as a special vulnerable groups in society, they are vulnerable to violations of personal rights and interests, but also for social security for the mentally ill is a time bomb. In addition, due to the lack of legislation and enforcement is lax. "Is mentally ill" phenomenon also occurs, psychiatric hospitals become power and money to realize their own interests. Through analysis of forced medical procedures and foreign legislative overview of therapeutic procedures for mandatory legislation, summed up the contradictions and solutions and the lack of compulsory medical procedures of forced medical procedures and protection of human rights of mental patients and improvement suggestions.Mental patients as our citizens should be treated equally in terms of the right to life,the right to health, personal liberty, human dignity, rights, etc., and our current situation is not only the mentally ill is no liberty and human dignity, the right to life and the right to health are difficult to get a fair deal. Implementation of the "Mental Health Law" to fill the gaps with regard to protection of human rights of mental patients, but how to make good use of "Mental Health Act," is the judicial practice problems to be solved.Our medical procedures as a result of legislation to force a short time, the lack of judicial experience, in the application of the body, identification procedures,implementation and supervision there are some problems, After Based on the analysis of specific issues, propose recommendations in four shallow start compulsory medical procedures, judicial oversight and lifting.
