A Study On The Appreciation Opinion Of Civil Action Handwriting

The handwriting expert opinion is defined as legal evidence by the provisions of the civil procedure law. handwriting identification has its own specific characteristics, and it is more prone to error compared to other identification technology. This paper is based on the competence of evidence of handwriting identification and the scientific of handing verification, from the perspective of civil evidence in proceedings, using a series of procedures to regulate the operating of handwriting identification opinion in the civil procedure of, analyzing the problems which are produced during handwriting expert opinion in stage of the procedure and putting forward corresponding countermeasures,these mean that stage of the burden of proof,stage of cross examination and stage of judicial personnel. Analysis of the competency of evidence of handwriting identification,the scientific of handing verification and the problems produced in the proceedings of procedure, at last, from the different angle to the analysis, how to effectively improve the handwriting expert opinion evidence of effectiveness, in order to enhance the handwriting expert opinion in practice, give full play to its credibility, as evidence to prove the case in effect, this is also the starting point and destination.
