Research On The Reform Of National Judicial Examination System

The System of National Judicial Exam(NJE) is an unity testwhich is set up for realizing the goal of all-around rule by law, improving the professional quality of legal practioners and cultivating talents of law. In the past 13 years,it has helped our nation to select amout of great legal talents and made lots of legal enthusiasts get benefits.However,with the developement of times and according to the requirement of comprehensively constructing socialism rule of law society,this system has manifested some defects which are not suitable for society developement.As an judicial administrative offcial who is responsible for the impletment of NJE, the writer summarized the basic state of the test, and then analyzed problems and their reasons of the system. Finally, from the pesonal and theory of law perspective, considering about working experience and feelings, the writer put forward some mesures which point to these problems. About these mesures,they contain both design and implement of the system.Innovation of this work includes that, as an manager of NJE, the writer can collet plenty of statistical date and theoretical reserch conclusions,therefore, this work are finished on the basis of sufficient and true materials.Also,the writer took other countries’ and areas’ mesures as examples,combinning with his own working experience, pointing out some objective and outstanding problems, and then, putting forward some effective solutions.These advices are practicality.
