Research On Government Management Innovation From The Perspective Of E - Government

Governments in meeting the changing objective requirements of e-government must follow both the development trend of the information society and public value orientation. Therefore, continuing promotion of government reform and management in the technology and tools, mechanisms and processes, structure and system, philosophy and culture in four dimensions is an important measure of innovation. How to correctly handle the relationship between e-government and administrative reform is the deepest and most central problem facing the Chinese e-government construction, which is not only related to the development direction of Chinese e-government, but also directly affects the quality and level of the Chinese Government Reform and Management Innovation. By the case of e-government development and operation of Honghe Prefecture Industrial and Commercial Bureau, this study reveals, e-government can achieve many expected results in business administration, but some structural factors hinder the effectiveness of e-government, make it unable to give full play. In order to make the e-government play fully, it is necessary to improve the system structure. This study puts forward some proposals to improve the e-government structure of Honghe Prefecture Industrial and Commercial Bureau.
