A Study On The Legal System Of Community Credit System Operation In China

Advances have been made to varying degrees in recent years concerning the construction of our national credit system in terms of integrity in governmental affairs,public trust in the judiciary, honesty in business as well as credit construction in other aspects after they were incorporated into the credit system, while community credit construction alone has not been included into our national project yet.Needless to say, the lack of due attention to the construction of community credit system has, to a certain degree, undermined the foundation for the construction of our social credit system, and in the meantime brought a negative effect on building up a harmonious, habitable and civilized community with sound management. With Beijing community credit construction as the object of study, this paper starts with an analysis on the status of the construction of our social credit system, and with references from abroad, probes into the legality guarantee on the operation of the national community credit system.
