So we can’t define O2 O carpool as a paid or unpaid contract. Then this chapter analyzes the feature of friendship behavior, and compare different between O2 O carpool and law behavior. O2 O carpool is not friendship contract, but I think it fit much feature of friendship contract. With relevant laws improving, maybe we can use friendship contract to define O2 O carpool.
