As a new informal finance, P2P network lending in the UK since the first time in March 2005, just 10 years has been popular in the world. Foreign P2P network lending by virtue of a sound social credit system, has entered a relatively mature stage of development. In contrast, China’s P2P network lending is still in its infancy, but the pace of development is very alarming. With the continuous expansion of the P2P network lending industry, the credit risk, market risk, system risk, etc.. In this paper, the legal relationship of the P2P network lending process, compared with the domestic and foreign P2P network lending business model, focused on the analysis of the P2P network lending, the borrower and the legal risks faced by the P2P platfonn, and put forward relevant legal regulations, in order to China’s P2P network lending industry’s healthy development. |
