Therefore, the author collected focus more on the basis of practice in real cases, and community social organizations experience be microscopic countermeasures are put forward for the development of mature areas. First of all, the key point of the construction of community social organizations in the excavated from community leaders, this is motivation and organization development important condition. So to play to the role of the residents’ committees and social workers at the same time, by visiting and community leaders to foster team activities to strengthen the organization leadership to discover and develop.
