The Experience And Enlightenment Of The CPC 's Anti - Corruption Campaign In The Early Days Of New China

With the deepening and development of China’s reform and open up, corruption also emerges in an endless stream like bamboo shoots after a spring rain. This complex and severe corruption situation are forcing Chinese Communist Party to make profound and long-term thinking about how to launch anti-corruption in a better way, in order to consolidate Communist Party’s construction, maintain social stability and establish a socialist harmonious society. In the early years after the founding of People’s Republic of China, rampant corruption situation once has emerged in the Communist Party, after a series of anti-corruption bid practice movement, the Communist Party of China effectively curbed the situation in the early days of founding, and the general mood of society has been strongly cleaned. This paper reviews anti-corruption bid’s achievements which was acquired in the early years of nation founding and discusses the inspirations about current anti-corruption construction.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part mainly introduces the research objective,research meaning of Chinese Communist Party’s anti-corruption research in the early years of nation founding, and the main achievements gained from the current domestic and international academic circle’s anti-corruption researches. At the end of the first chapter, the author also introduced the research ideas, methods and innovations. In the second part, the author analyses and introduces the basic national conditions in the early years of nation founding, summarizes and analyses the Communist Party of China’s first generation leaders’ anti-corruption ideologies. The third part is the main content of this paper. On the basis of the Communist Party of China’s anti-corruption guiding ideology in the early years of nation founding, the author deeply studies Communist Party’s anti-corruption bid practice, intrudes the reason why the Communist Party’s anti-corruption movement emerged, the process and a series of phenomenon emerged in the movement. Then the author analyses and evaluates the achievements and limitation of anti-corruption movement. In the last part, the author expounds the enlightenments of current anti-corruption construction from Communist Party’s anti-corruption’s construction in the early years of nation founding through the summary the former two chapters. These enlightenments will play a good role in promoting the construction of anti-corruption bid.
