A Study On Government Supervision In The Implementation Of Corporate Social Responsibility

In the changes of the times,people pay more and more attention to corporate social responsibility.And society and academia pay attention to this problem.Especially in developed countries,promotion and building the social responsibility movement play an important role in the field of people’s social and economic life.China is in the stage of development,the social responsibility theory of construction and development have the revolutionary significance of the times.In recent years,the domestic enterprise culture is not the pursuit of social responsibility,wide-eyed,ecological damage,labor dispute damage the interests of consumers and national culture phenomenon endlessly. Leading to corporate social responsibility to the forefront, this phenomenon not only have their own problems, at the same time as the government which preserve the public order is also to be blame.Studying on how to produce practical effect on government regulation and what aspect should have influence,which has important reference significance on the development and practice of domestic related enterprises.Firstly,based on the above background and problems,this article reference on the basis of combing related literature at home and abroad,defining the meaning of corporate social responsibility and government regulatory responsibility content,which laid a foundation for research and analysis of this article.Secondly, this article analyze the social responsibility of enterprises and all kinds of complicated problems that enterprises face from three cognitive lever and practice level(formatting stage;introducing stage;developing stage).The analysis shows that the low lever of socially responsible consciousness,weak sense of responsibility,enterprises with their own interest,industry local indifference to the social responsibility,unconsciousness on fulfillment,the reason is institutional system incompletely,and turned to analyze the existing problem and related causes from government supervision of corporate social responsibility perspective.Finally, based on the above problems and reasons, put forward from the formation of the guidance idea, clear responsibility, perfect the supervision mechanism and establishing corporate social responsibility, the government make some normative system of the industry, consciously and actively urge the enterprises to fulfill social responsibility.
