A Study Of Deng Xiaoping 's Thought Of Rule Of Law

With the advancement of human society civilization history, the democratic rule of law has become the socialist construction of the important thought of the kernel. Especially since the reform and opening, democratic rule of law construction but also rose to a new height. Comrade Deng xiaoping is the chief designer of China’s reform and opening up, on the democratic rule of law made great exploration, has formed the socialist rule of law construction of ideological theory in this paper. China’s social development needs the construction of the rule of law as guarantee, and this article is to Deng xiaoping’s thought about the rule of law as the research object, combined with the specific time background and the thought development process in-depth analysis of the connotation of Deng xiao-ping’s thoughts on the rule of law deeply, rich in Deng xiaoping’s thought about the rule of law to know its real value, at present our country’s socialist construction idea to realize further perfect, give play to the important guidance of Deng xiaoping’s thought about the rule of law, the implementation conforms to the present construction of the rule of law era of Deng xiao-ping’s thoughts on the rule of law in the context of the new agent.In this paper, the research mainly divided into five parts, the first part is the introduction part, the domestic and foreign research achievements about Deng xiao-ping’s thoughts on the rule of law. The second part is the theoretical basis of Deng xiaoping’s thought about the rule of law, combining with the social and historical conditions, and the content of theoretical basis is analyzed, as a theory based on Deng xiaoping’s thought about the rule of law research. The third part mainly introduces the main contents and characteristics of Deng xiaoping’s thought about the rule of law, one is the relevant theoretical research of democracy and legal system thought, the second is to establish the legal system of related theory, three is to strengthen the team construction of political science and law in Deng xiaoping’s thought about the rule of law theory, the theory of four is to enhance the legal awareness, in-depth analysis in the chapter of Deng xiao-ping’s thoughts on the rule of law practice. Through analyzing the characteristic of Deng xiao-ping’s thoughts on the rule of law theory, to master the regularity and principle of the theory research, aimed at enhancing the real value of Deng xiaoping’s thought about the rule of law research. The fourth part mainly introduces the practical significance of Deng xiaoping’s thought about the rule of law is combined with the practice of China’s national conditions, analysis of the Deng xiaoping’s thought about the rule of law to the build socialism country under the rule of law in our country’s important role.
