In order to adapt the development of society economy our country achieved recent years.government have made great efforts to built new community for countryside.Those contributions made peasant satisfied by breaking old style of duality between urban and countryside step by step.Benefit of material civilization and spiritual civilization brought by social progress can be shared by all citizen.With great improve,there always be more problems.At the very beginning of countryside community construction,how to make it sustainable is one the most important topics of our new valley and town construction theory.This article base on investigate and survey of Ju county’s new community construction which reflect common phenomenon of community construction in our country.There is a deeply debate about this subject.It research through literature 、cases、interview.Including four parts and introduction.At first it discuss the theory of countryside community construction,explain the meaning and type of the community,and necessary of it.Then it introduce the general situation of Ju which including present situation 、 construction modal 、 main method 、 preliminary achievement.Base on those,this article analysis the mainly problem during the development.If there is high level programming,if it is fair work,how to deal with group asset 、in short of funds,hard to operate,lack of activity 、shortage of mainly labor.The power of industry economy and market economy of peasant are both weak.The management of community is not completely yet.To conquer those problem there are several individual ways,which conclude solve the ideological problem first,complete the management of community,speed up the reform of asset property rights,make multielement devotions.boost up the function and team development of the countryside community.This article expect to draw lessons from Ju for all of the countryside community in our country.
