Admissibility of evidence for an international criminal proceedings has a pivotal position, it not only has a entity value,but also has the value of the program.Studying the rules of admissibility of evidence with criminal proceedings show its value.As the international criminal proceedings involving two legal systems, the international criminal trial for evidence admissibility and relevance coordinated, collected both worlds, to explore a set of rules adopted by the International Criminal Lawsuit Evidence.This paper reviews since World War II, the International Military Tribunal, theory and practical experience of the Special Court and the International Criminal Court, explored the evidence concept admissibility and relevance of evidence to adopt rules, in practice, the final rule of Criminal Evidence comparison with the relevant provisions in order to make the rules for the Perfection of criminal evidence theoretical contributions to ensure the rationality and the scientific nature of the rules of evidence, and to be consistent with international common practice in criminal proceedings.
