On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Beijing Fire Supervision And Law Enforcement

Fire supervision and law enforcement, also known as fire supervision and inspection, is effective implementation of supervision and inspection that public security fire control institutions and their staff in accordance with the law fire management activities of legal persons and other organizations and individual citizens, and fire behavior is legitimate or not. Fire supervision and law enforcement plays an important role in discovering the fire hazards of the units and supervising the directors of the units to rectify the fire hazards. It also plays a big role in urging the units to fulfill the main responsibility for fire safety, promoting knowledge of fire laws and regulations and maintaining social harmony and stability.Recent years, Beijing fire supervision and law enforcement work has made a great progress. It has played an important role in maintaining the stability of the fire situation and the completion of a major fire and security tasks. In practice, we accumulate some good work experience of fire supervision and law enforcement. However, we should realize that there are some outstanding problems in the standardization of law enforcement, performing-function, the methods of the fire supervision and etc. This thesis is introducing fire supervision and law enforcement from the concept of law enforcement, the basis of laws and regulations, characteristics, form and function of the fire supervision and law enforcement. It shows the pr problems through the analysis of two fire cases. It analyzes the situations of fire supervision and law enforcement in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration and “Four-center” strategic layout of Beijing. It also makes some suggestions to fire supervision and law enforcement.
