Technology provides the ways and means for the corporate. It embodies in the producing process and production. Moreover the production makes the corporate develop and use its technologies more effectively and efficiently. It is the base for a company to response to the market and the core to achieve the competitive advantage. Fordism has become the milestone of the modem mass-produced industry. Before the Fordism's crisis, it had been the main manufacturing mode in the world. In the 1970s, Japanese economy rose as a new force. Toyotaism spread quickly all over the world. In fact, Toyotaism is the alternative of Fordism. Though Japanese production could solve some difficulties met in the market, it couldn抰 settle the working condition problem. Since 1970s, the Swedish auto industry has tried to reform Fordism to resolve the work forces market difficulty. The Uddevalla production casts away the basic principles of the traditional massive production. Its advanced and unique management thinking cut the new way for flexible production. In the present, the global economic activities more internationalize. It is the general trend for China to enter WTO, and China will compete in the international market. In such environment, Chinese enterprises will meet the competence and challenges of the international corporations face to face. But most Chinese enterprises?production has been traditional production system and cannot adjust to the modern market requirements. It is imperative to reform the production system radically.
