On Improving The System Of The Wto And China

The birth of WTO(the World Trade Organixation)will influence the world economy and trade profoundly. China was an original contracting state of GATT and joined the negotiation of Uruguays round from beginning to the end. China has a large market and great protentiallity in export and import. If we can't join WTO in a long time, it would be unprofitable to the development of our economy. So I try to take the researches on some law issues for China's Entering WTO. The thesis is composed of five psrts. Part 1 is to recount WTO system, introduce the establishment and development of GATT, and discuss the foundation, legal system and basic principals of WTO. Part 2 is the analysis of the goods trading system of WTO and the improvement of Chinese foreign trading law. Part 3 discusses the systems of GATS and the improvement of Chinese Service trading law . Part 4 analyses TRIPS Agreement and improvement of Chinese Intellectual property law.
