It estimates these measure effects. It has got great benefits. But. it is not enough, the work should be gone on, it still has great poten- tial work to do. Lastly this article analyses intending benefits of implement those measures. it thinks our management should be subdivided. We will have a lot of works to solve in reducing cost. If done it, our enterprise will increase competition ability~ can more occupy mar- ket. Only this, enterprise can go on, can be indefectible position can have more development chances.
